Google has swallowed up this blog
Apparently using the old Blogger is no longer a choice. Though I have fought it for as long as I can I now have a Google Account. Sigh, yet another username/password set to remember.
Looks like there are some changes. I hope some of them are good. I like the labels, and maybe finally this thing will work in Safari, but I doubt it.

The only thing that is difrent to me is the labels, which i find to be a bit annoying. do you select those, or does it generate them?
I generate them. But I think it would still generate the word "Labels:" no matter what.
They are supposed to make the blog more searchable and organized. That's the only thing I like. What annoys you about them?
The back end changed a lot. Like where I type out the blogs. Most of the stuff that changed is the stuff you don't see.
I dunno, it just seems like it is less personal with the labels. don't ask me why, but it does.
Anyways...
(i actually can use my google account now...)
Have you tried clicking on the labels? If you click on Belly Dancing it brings up all my posts on the subject. Which I think is kinda cool.
I think little things like the new log in for comments will pop up as Google eats more of my blog. I resisted the new format and the labels as long as I could so you have to give me an A for effort here. Guess we will both just have to take the good with the bad.
Not liking the Google login. It prompted me to verify my e-mail account and ate my comment.
As you can see I resisted the new format for as long as I could so we are both stuck with our respective beefs. You the labels and I the Google red tape.
I find the labels nifty though. If you click on them they bring up all the posts with that label.
See the problems I have on the back end! It just spit out my comment again. Grr!
heh, looks like fun
glad im not a blogger, don't have the patience for it, that and my life is just not interesting enough for anyone other than my close friends and wife to read about
"my life is just not interesting enough for anyone other than my close friends and wife to read about"
And my life is that much more interesting? Tell me what do I write about that gets tons of comments from people not from my circle of friends?
